These terms apply to your use of quartzle.com, which is operated by Quartzle Ltd ("Quartzle", "we", "us" or "our"), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for any lawful purpose. You must not:

  • use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt the website's operation;
  • send spam or misleading information through the contact form;
  • copy large parts of the website, or scrape it with automated tools, without our written permission.

03Our services

Information about our services on this website is for general guidance and is not an offer. Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out its scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

Any change to an agreed scope is confirmed in writing before we carry it out.

04Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Quartzle or is used under licence. You may not reuse it without our written permission.

Ownership of software we build for you is set out in your project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, ownership of the source code transfers to you once the related invoices are paid in full.

06Limitation of liability

The website is provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

07Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle any personal data you give us through the website.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
